Refund Policy

All Sales Are FinalDue to the intimate nature of our products and to comply with hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items, regardless of whether they have been worn or not.

Shipping delays outside our control

Customs duties or taxes. Customer refusal to accept or collect package

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they do not come with hygiene seals and cannot be restocked or resold. All orders are considered final sale at the time of purchase. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

The item arrives damaged or You receive the wrong item than what was ordered

Your order number Clear photos of the item(s) and packagingA description of the issue

We will assess your request and, if approved, may offer: A replacement item (subject to availability) A store credit A full or partial refund (in rare, justified cases). We reserve the right to deny any claims that fall outside this window or lack supporting documentation.

Refunds Not Issued For:

Orders marked as "delivered" by the courier Packages delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier error

Items refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs fees. Orders shipped in standard supplier packaging (common for international deliveries). Chargebacks & Payment Disputes. Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute for final-sale items or fulfilled orders may result in:

Permanent ban from future purchases Legal action if the dispute is found to be fraudulent. We retain shipping records, order details, and photo proof of fulfillment to protect against such claims.
