Slight variations in lace, color, or fit may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or supplier changes.We are not liable for any dissatisfaction related to sizing or expectations, especially when measurements are clearly provided.

3. Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie and in compliance with hygiene standards, all items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether worn.Our products do not come with hygiene seals, making them ineligible for resale once shipped.Returns will not be accepted for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with style or color.Please check all sizing information and product details carefully before placing your order.

For international orders (outside Canada), including the European Union, UK, Australia, and other regions, products are shipped directly from our partnered suppliers in China. This allows us to offer a wider selection and fast global access.

Packaging Note:

International orders may arrive in supplier-branded packaging and not in Nata Sh. custom boxes or wrapping. This is standard for white-label fulfillment.
